Farming Launching
Since the start of the BLIQ project, our focus has been on decentralization.
As you know, the BLIQ protocol automatically generates liquidity so no one person or group of people controls the liquidity pool.
Since launching, the protocol has auto-generated over $17,522 worth of liquidity, which is permanently locked and can never be removed.
Now, we are ready to start the second phase of the project and further decentralize the liquidity.
Turning on the BLIQ Faucet
Three weeks ago, we kickstarted the BLIQ project on Pancake Swap with an initial liquidity pool of 100 BNB / 7999 BLIQ.
After taking the team’s initial investment out, this pool is now worth around 453 BNB / 1,097 BLIQ (approximately $24,487). These LP tokens unlock on Tuesday, December 9th, 2020. We relocked the LP tokens until the launch to give maximum security to our holders.
However instead of pulling out more of the liquidity ourselves or simply burning these tokens (which would be inefficient because the earned trading fees would go to waste), we decided to re-distribute these CAKE-LP tokens to the BLIQ community through fair farming.
Yes, that’s right. Soon, you’ll be able to farm actual BNB-BLIQ liquidity pool tokens which you can hold to collect trading fees, or un-pool for actual BNB tokens. As far as we know, we are one of a few projects on BSC which lets you farm actual BNB!
Here’s How The BLIQ Faucet Farming Works:
On December 10, 2020, you’ll be able to access our staking dAPP which allows you to earn BLIQ-BNB CAKE-LPs by staking your BLIQ-BNB CAKE-LP.
This means you can go on Pancake Swap, create a CAKE-LP token by pairing BLIQ with BNB, then stake your CAKE-LP tokens to earn more CAKE-LP tokens.
Farming will be live for 5 days (ends on December 14, 2020), with a rewards distribution curve that halves each day:
Because we want to give everyone a fair chance to farm these tokens, and don’t want people to dump on each other, unstaking tokens will be disallowed for the first 48 hours of the pool being open, until December 12th, 2020. However, you’ll still be allowed to claim your rewards at any time.
Top Holders Contest
In celebration of the BLIQ farming launch, we’ve decided to run a giveaway to our loyal supporters. Between now and December 10, 2020, we will take a random snapshot of the top 5 holders of BLIQ-BNB LP tokens on Pancakeswap, Streetswap, Narwhalswap and Nyanswop.
These lucky holders will each win between 3–10 BLIQ tokens (in proportion to your LP token holdings) airdropped to your wallet right after farming starts. As of writing, this is worth between $45–150 per person!
To participate, all you need to do is pool BLIQ-BNB on Pancakeswap or one of our partner exchanges:

We will take a snapshot of the top 5 holders from each exchange and airdrop BLIQ tokens right after farming begins.
